We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager who will help us increase visibility, drive engagement, and attract new clients across all our digital platforms.
Position Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that grow the Mathills brand, attract clients, and promote our HR and recruitment services.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media storytelling, digital marketing, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, plan, and publish engaging content across all company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X/Twitter). • Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with Mathills’ business goals.
• Design visually appealing posts using Canva or similar tools.
• Increase page engagement, followers, and brand awareness through consistent, creative posting.
• Run paid and organic campaigns aimed at generating leads and promoting Mathills’ services.
• Monitor analytics and prepare weekly reports on engagement, reach, and performance.
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the management team to align social strategy with business objectives.
• Suggest creative ideas for online events, promotions, and marketing collaborations.
Requirements
• Proven experience managing social media for a brand, preferably within the consulting, HR, or service industry.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X algorithms and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
• Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Access to a stable internet connection and laptop/mobile device.
Preferred Skills
• Basic understanding of HR or business consulting services.
• Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and paid ad campaigns.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or Canva Scheduler).
• Content writing and storytelling ability.
Performance Goals
The successful candidate will be evaluated based on:

✅ Consistent content delivery (minimum 4–5 posts weekly).
✅ Increase in inquiries or leads from social platforms.
✅ Brand consistency and professional presentation.
Compensation & Benefits
• ₦50,000 monthly (based on performance review after 3 months).
